Policies of Spa d'Howard
- Maintain silence at all times on the site
- Cellular phones, cigarettes and glass containers are prohibited
- Bathing suit, sandals, and towel are obligatory
- Take a shower before and after the baths or a massage
- Be at the waiting area 5 minutes before your appointment, to meet your massotherapist
- If you require a receipt for insurance, ask your massotherapist.
- Tips are at your discretion and can be given to your massotherapist or deposited in the box at the reception.
- Do not "reserve" lounge chairs with your towel.
- No food or alcohol on site with the exception of the eating area.
- Boxed lunches are not permitted.
- Manicure and shaving are prohibited on site.
- Return your keys, locks, and towels to the reception.
